Acceptable Use Policy
Updated 2026-10-14
Post bold, not harmful
Neruta is built for creators who post every day. Make things that stop the scroll — just not at someone else's expense. This policy applies to everything you prompt, upload, render and publish from your account.
Never allowed
Anything illegal where you are or where you post it. Any sexual content involving minors, in any form. Sexual or intimate imagery of real people without their consent. Deepfakes or impersonation of real people — creators, celebrities, politicians, your ex — without their permission. Harassment, threats, bullying or hate against people or groups. Scams, fake giveaways, fake reviews or synthetic footage presented as a real event. Malware, phishing or spam.
Music and sound
Do not prompt, upload or recreate copyrighted songs, artists' voices or recognisable recordings you have no rights to. If you want trending audio, add it inside the platform you post on, where it is licensed for use there.
Faces and likeness
Uploading a photo of a real person to animate it requires that person's permission — or that it is you. Some engines refuse photos of real people entirely; that is the provider's rule and we cannot override it.
Brands and products
Use other companies' logos, products and trademarks only where you have the right to, or in ways the law allows. UGC-style product clips should show products you actually sell or are authorised to promote.
Platform rules
Every social platform has its own community guidelines and rules for AI-generated or branded content, including when a post must be labelled as AI-made or as an ad. You are responsible for following them for everything you publish.
Model provider rules
The engines on Neruta come from independent providers with their own usage policies and safety filters. Do not try to get around those filters.
What happens if the line is crossed
We may block a prompt, remove content, suspend or close the account, and where the law requires, report illegal material to the authorities.
Report something
