The short version
Neruta is a short-form video studio at neruta.com. You buy prepaid credits, spend them on vertical clips, hooks, product videos and stills made by third-party AI models, and keep what you make. By creating an account you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refunds Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Your account
You need a valid email address and a password nobody else knows. One person per account, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. You are responsible for everything rendered from your account, so keep the login to yourself.
How credits work
Credits are bought in one-off packs or as a custom amount — never as a subscription. Every engine publishes its own rate, and the composer shows the full price of a render before you press the button. Credits never expire. They are not money, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and are only refundable as described in the Refunds Policy. If a render fails, the credits it took are returned to your balance automatically.
What you make
As far as the model providers' terms allow, the clips and images you generate belong to you, and you may post them, use them in ads and sell them. You are the one publishing, so you are responsible for making sure each post follows the law and the rules of the platform it goes on — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or anywhere else.
Music, faces and brands
Neruta does not license music, voices, logos or anyone's likeness to you. Do not prompt or upload copyrighted songs, real people or third-party trademarks unless you hold the rights or permission to use them.
Third-party models
Renders are produced by independent model providers. We pass your prompt and any source image to the provider you pick so it can do the work. Their availability, output and content filters are outside our control, and engines or rates may change over time.
Ending things
You can stop using Neruta and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Liability
The service is provided as is, with reasonable care but without promises of a particular result from any model. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
