Privacy Policy

What we collect
Only what the studio needs to run: your email address, the name on your account, a hashed password, your credit balance and transaction history, the billing address you give on your first card payment, and the prompts, source images and renders you create.
Why we hold it
To keep you signed in, show your library, charge the right amount, add the credits you bought, answer support emails and send the few emails the service needs — a welcome note, payment confirmations and password resets. We do not send marketing newsletters.
Who sees your prompts
When you press render, your prompt and any source image go to the model provider behind the engine you picked, and nowhere else. The provider processes them to produce your clip under its own terms. Card details are entered on our payment processor's hosted page and never reach our servers.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it or share it with advertisers. Your prompts, uploads and renders are not used to train AI models — not by us, and not passed on for that purpose.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The Cookies Policy has the details.
How long we keep it
Account data stays while your account is open. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Renders stay in your library until you delete them or close the account.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will handle it promptly. If you are in the EU or the UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, traffic runs over HTTPS, and access to production data is limited to the people who run the service.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes too, and significant changes are announced by email.
