Payment Policy

Ways to pay
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
One-time charges only
Every payment on Neruta is a single, one-time top-up. There are no subscriptions, no recurring billing, no trials that turn into charges, and no automatic renewals. You are charged exactly the amount shown, exactly once, and your credits land in your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What you can buy
Credit packs sized for different posting rhythms, each with its price shown up front, and a custom amount you type yourself within the limits shown on the Credits page. Bigger packs include bonus credits on top. The full price is always displayed before you confirm, in the currency you selected.
Currencies
Prices are shown in the currencies listed on the Credits page. Your bank may apply its own conversion fee if your card is in a different currency; that fee is set by your bank, not by us.
How your card is handled
Payments run on a secure hosted payment page operated by a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. Your card number never touches Neruta's servers, and we never store it. A billing address is collected once, on your first card payment, because the processor needs it to approve the charge.
Who you are paying
The merchant's legal name, country of registration and registration number are shown on the checkout page and in the footer of every page, so you always know who is charging you.
Receipts
Each purchase appears in Activity on the Credits page, and receipts and invoices for your purchases are available from your profile.
If a payment fails
No credits are added and nothing is charged. You can try again with the same or another card. If you were charged but the credits did not arrive, write to [email protected] with the date and amount — we will sort it within one business day.
On your statement
The charge appears under the merchant descriptor shown at checkout. If anything looks unfamiliar, contact [email protected] before disputing it.
