The fine print

Cookies Policy

Updated 2026-10-14

One cookie. That is it.

Neruta sets exactly one first-party cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in while you move between the composer, your library and the credits page. Without it, the site would forget who you are on every click.

What it does not do

It does not track you across other websites, it does not build an ad profile, and it does not measure you for analytics. Neruta sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no social-media pixels and no third-party cookies of any kind.

How long it lives

The session cookie is created when you log in, refreshed while you are active, and expires shortly after you stop using the site. Logging out deletes it immediately.

Why there is no banner

Consent banners exist for optional cookies — analytics, advertising, personalisation. A session cookie that is strictly necessary to keep you logged in does not need consent, and we do not set anything optional, so there is nothing to accept or decline.

Payment pages

When you check out, you are taken to our payment processor's hosted page. That page is run by the processor and may set its own cookies needed to process the payment securely and prevent fraud; they are governed by the processor's own policy, not set by Neruta.

Your controls

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block the session cookie you can still read the landing page and the policies, but you will not be able to stay logged in to the studio.

Changes

If we ever add another cookie, this page will say so first, and anything optional will ask for your permission before it is set.
